This policy explains what information we collect when you call us, fill out a form on this website, or text with us, how we use it, and — most importantly — what we never do with it. We do not sell your information, and we never share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with anyone for marketing purposes.

- Contact details — your name, phone number (including mobile number), email address, and project address, when you submit a consultation request, quote request, or newsletter signup form, or when you give them to us over the phone.
- Project details — the room, square footage, material, timeline, and budget information you choose to share so we can quote the work.
- Messaging consent — whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages from us, and the date and time you did.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web-server log data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.
- Cookies and analytics used to measure which pages bring in inquiries. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect payment card numbers on this website.
How we use your information
- To answer your inquiry, schedule an on-site measure, and prepare a written estimate.
- To contact you about a project already in progress — scheduling, crew arrival, and completion.
- To send you a text message about your inquiry or project, if you gave consent (see below).
- To send occasional service updates or promotions to customers who asked for them, by email or by text, each of which you can stop at any time.
- To meet legal, tax, warranty, and licensing obligations.
Text messaging (SMS) — consent and privacy
Alpharetta Floors sends SMS text messages only to people who have asked to hear from us. You may give consent by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by texting us first, or verbally when you book service with us. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party, affiliate, lead buyer, or marketing partner under any circumstances.
How we share information — and how we don’t
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:
- Service providers who work for us. Vendors that help us run the business — our web host, form and email provider, scheduling software, and our SMS provider — may process your information solely to deliver that service to us. They are contractually barred from using it for their own marketing. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted; sharing for marketing purposes is not.
- Installation crews and subcontractors assigned to your job, who receive only what they need to reach you and complete the work.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

- Access, correction, or deletion: email [email protected] or call 470-352-1156 and we will provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
How we protect and keep your information
Inquiries are stored in access-controlled systems, and this website is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to do the work. We keep project records for as long as needed to honor warranties and meet tax and legal obligations, then delete or archive them.
Third-party links
This site may link to other websites — a manufacturer’s warranty page or our Google Business Profile, for example. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle text-messaging data will be posted here before they take effect.
