Alpharetta Floors has spent 18-plus years installing, sanding, and refinishing floors in Alpharetta and Milton homes — and folding the kitchens, baths, stairs, and paint around those floors into the same contract. What we have learned in that time is simple: homeowners do not want promises, they want the scope in writing, the price tied to published ranges, and a crew that shows up when the schedule says it will.

Show us a written quote from another contractor for the same scope and comparable materials, and we beat it by 5 percent. One crew, one contract
Flooring is the core of the business — installation, dust-contained sanding and refinishing, carpet, and stair remodeling. Around that core we run kitchens, baths, and interior paint as one-stop general contracting: one schedule, one accountable company, no juggling three crews who all blame each other’s dust.
